PRESS TENDER NOTICE

Sealed Item rate tenders for the following  works are  invited  by  Executive  Engineer  (Civil),   Civil Construction Wing, All India Radio, 9- Rani Laxmi Bai Marg, Lucknow  on behalf of the President of India from approved and eligible contractors of appropriate class of CPWD, M.E.S., Department of Telecommunication (BSNL/MTNL), Railways, Department of  Post,   UP PWD  & PWD Uttarakhand.

1. NIT No.60/EE(C)/LKO/2009-10 :-   Providing  wire mesh shutters  to doors and window of Boys & Girls hostel, kitchen & Dining hall at  JNV, Gonda (UP) ,  Estimated  Cost : Rs.10,82,393/- , Earnest Money : Rs. 21,648./- , Cost of tender : Rs. 500/-, Time of  Completion : Five  Months.

2. NIT No.61/EE(C)/LKO/2009-10 :-   Providing  wire mesh shutters  to doors  and window  of type  -I, II, III staff quarters , Principal residence, warden residence at JNV Gonda (UP), Estimated  Cost : Rs.8,88,648/- , Earnest Money : Rs. 17,773/- , Cost of tender : Rs. 500/-, Time of  Completion : Five    Months.

3. NIT No.62/EE(C)/LKO/2009-10 :-   Renovation of toilets/Baths of 1.0 unit dormitory  at ground floor  at JNV Gauriganj, Sultanpur (UP) , Estimated  Cost : Rs.8,81,646/- , Earnest Money : Rs. 17,633/- , Cost of tender : Rs. 500/-, Time of  Completion : Four   Months.

4 . NIT No.63/EE(C)/LKO/2009-10 :-   Conversion of  first floor  toilets  of 1.0 unit Boys dormitory into  stores /rooms at JNV Gauriganj, Sultanpur (UP) , Estimated  Cost : Rs.3,62,689/- , Earnest Money : Rs. 7,254/- , Cost of tender : Rs. 500/-, Time of  Completion : Three   Months.

5.  NIT No.64/EE(C)/LKO/2009-10 :-   Providing  and fixing  PVC sheet  flooring in office of EPFO, Dehradun (UK) , Estimated  Cost : Rs.4,09,203/- , Earnest Money : Rs. 8,184/- , Cost of tender : Rs. 500/-, Time of  Completion : Three   Months.

 Last date of Application : 25-02-2010 ( 4.00 P.M.), Last date of sale of tender : 26-02-2010 (4.00 P.M.), Tender shall be  received upto 3.00 P.M. on  02.03-2010 and will be opened by undersigned on the same day at 3.30 P.M. in the presence of intending tenderers/their representatives. The tender  and earnest money  shall be placed in separate sealed envelopes, each marked “Tender” and “Earnest Money”  respectively. Tenders shall be accompanied  with Earnest money in deposit  at call  Receipt of a Scheduled Bank/fixed deposit receipt of a Scheduled  Bank/ Demand draft  of a scheduled bank  issued in favour of Prasar Bharati (BCI), Executive Engineer (C), CCW, AIR,  Lucknow.

The Conditions & tender forms can be obtained on the payment of tender cost as mentioned above in cash (non-refundable)  and production of  registration  documents in original  from above mentioned office upto 4.00 P.M. on all working days.
