Following amendments are hereby authorised in the  Subject Specification.

For Existing Clause  2.15( First Para, page 8)

Combiner Unit : The final power combiner preceding 10 KW RF power stage shall be of such type so as to be capable to operate in entire 88-108 MHz without any tuning.  Minimum RF output power of 5 KW shall be available even with failure of 50% of PA modules.
