This is to inform you that we are introducing some new concessions for metro
FM Channels. Bulk booking concessions have been made applicable for FM channels as under :-

FM and PC can be combined while counting the number of stations for bulk booking discount as per table given on P-17 of rate card which is reproduced below :

It has also been decided to package FM-1 and FM-2 of Delhi with those of Mumbai
at the rates mentioned below. Central Sales Unit, the Marketing Units and
CBS, Delhi will handle the single window packaged booking. Time categorization will be uniform for Delhi and Mumbai and will be based on Delhi pattern.

FM-1

A – 1 900 + 800 = 1,700/- reduced to 1,500/-

Category – 1 650 + 500 = 1,150/- reduced to 1,000/-

Category – 2 400 + 350 = 750/- reduced to 600/-

Category – 3 300 + 200 = 500/- reduced to 400/-

Category – 4 150 + 150 = 300/- reduced to 200/-

FM-2

A – 1 450 + 400 = 850/- reduced to 750/-

Category – 1 325 + 250 = 575/- reduced to 500/-

Category – 2 200 + 175 = 375/- reduced to 300/-

Category – 3 150 + 100 = 250/- reduced to 200/-

SPONSORED PROGRAMMES

FCT admissible is 180 seconds for 30 minutes programme for Delhi and Mumbai each.

1/3rd of the prescribed FCT can be banked by the sponsor as promos.

Packaging of Delhi and Mumbai in respect of sponsored programme will be for
FM-1 only as time chunks are different for FM-2. We are pleased to inform you that
Live Phone-in-programmes are allowed as sponsored programmes on FM. Advertiser / agency will have to give a concept note in accordance with the AIR Code and Advertising Code. Live programmes will be charged the production fee at the rate of Rs.10,000/- for 30 minutes per station if AIR provides the comperes and Rs.5,000/- for 30 minutes if they bring their own comperes.

Programmes of less than 30 minutes duration will not be entertained. The rates for packaged booking of sponsored programmes are as under :-

The above rates become effective from June 1, 2003. We hope that the Packaged Rates and Bulk Booking Concessions are attractive enough to offer more bookings.
