All Advertisers/Advertising Agencies,
Dear Sir / Madam,
This is to inform you that the following decision has been taken by the Prasar Bharati in respect of the Concessions / Commission paid to Advertising Agencies, Direct Clients / Government Departments & PSUs.
(i) That 10% concession is allowed to direct clients. (ii) That 15% commission is allowed to Advertising Agencies on AIR's Panel. (iii) That 15% concession will continue as usual in the case of Government Departments / PSUs, if they come directly
This will be effective from 1st April 2003.
